DESCRIPTION
A chance for you to dip your toe into the world of watercolour painting. The good news is, you don’t even have to have your own materials.
For the duration of the workshop you will be able to use the materials provided.
So if you have always wanted to try your hand at Watercolours, but didn’t know where to start, this is it.
Maybe you didn’t want to spend the money on materials, because you weren’t sure if watercolour is for you.
Well in this workshop, you don’t have to.
In the course we start from scratch. I presume you know nothing about watercolour and move on from there. You will move from understanding your materials and equipment, to fundamental watercolour techniques. From there you will learn about the important tools of making a picture and I will start you off on the right foot in regards to having the correct mental approach. This is your launching pad to the beautiful world of watercolour painting.
This course is a summarised version of my 5 day beginners course.

WHERE IS YACKANDANDAH?
ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS
Accommodation, travel and meals are at your own expense.
There are two motels in the township - Yackandandah Central (which is very close to my Gallery) and Motel Views Yackandandah.
There are several B&B’s in the Yackandandah area including the very close and cosy “The Stonebridge Studio” which features some of my prints :). For a cabin in a pretty caravan park, you can stay at the Yackandandah Holiday Park.
Nearby Beechworth (about 20 minutes drive) is also an option, with Artscape Cottage being a lovely option - good for arty people.
If you wish to investigate accommodation possibilities, you could simply google. There are places to stay in Albury/Wodonga, Beechworth or Yackandandah.
HAVE QUESTIONS?
Please contact me with any questions you may have.
Once you have booked, start counting the sleeps and book somewhere to stay whilst in Yack!
If you have booked a workshop place, I will email some additional information about the workshop closer to the time, but in the meantime, welcome aboard.
